With effect from 14th of August 2019 our Tanzanian government has made some changes on the procedure for the tourist visas on arrival:
- Queue for a Government Control Number
- Queue to pay for this at the bank
- Queue for Immigration to check and issue the visa
Unfortunately, we experienced the new procedure takes about 2 hours which we can be avoided. We are happy that at the same time visitors can apply online for the 3 month valid tourist visa and will be issued within 2 – 3 weeks.
